Triphala is a traditional blend from Ayurveda made from three dried fruits native to the Indian subcontinent. These three fruits that come together to form this unique combination

Amla (Emblica officinalis):

Also known as Indian gooseberry, amla is recognized in traditional texts for its distinctive qualities and is often mentioned in cultural references relating to nutrition and vitality.

Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica):

Known as Bibhitaki in Ayurvedic tradition, this fruit has been part of many herbal formulations and is referenced for its significance in promoting balance and cleansing.

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula):

Used for centuries, Haritaki has a longstanding presence in classical texts and is often acknowledged for its broad applications.
